Duelling Hearts of Love

02 Sep

Welcome To My World

 photo 1z1cumppo_zps5a7245ab.png

I would like to re-post this poem/story that I wrote many years ago, apologies to my good friends who have followed me from the My Space days through to Word-press, they have heard this story that I tend to post each year.

This poem actually took me about 12 hours to write in my mind, but actually took 20 minutes to pen in the computer. I have incorporated Ravels Bolero as a musical background, primarily as the music and the words are befitting my mindset at the time, hurt, loneliness and anguish

Wishing you all much love and happiness

Hi Cat, great to hear from you, how are things going with you, hope you are still smiling and life is giving you reasons to be dancing and enjoying the world around you, Cuba sounds like an exciting place to be especially the music, love and laughter, keep dancing Gypsy Girl.

Summer and lots of temperatures in the high 40’s, no more Winter and beautiful hot days catching Kangaroos and Emu’s for the Barbecues.
        Cheers Girl.

Cigars are no problem Cat, knowing you have enjoyed your Cuban adventure compensates, so long as you have enjoyed your time in your favorite country.

Hi Cat, I get the distinct impression you are not enjoying yourself as you normally do when on holidays, sounds like you have a bit of depression, there is nothing that you can’t overcome Cat, no mountain too high nor Valley too low to conquer, I conquered my Hanging Glacier in Chile last year, and will conquer the Atacama desert next year, life’s an adventure Cat, go for it girl, don’t hang back.
If you enjoy skiing then I admire your stamina, that video is far too fast for my liking, I would be like the young child at the finish, legs everywhere.
Take care Cat and keep smiling.
          Cheers.

Thanks, Ian. Hope it’s soon warm enough for a swim. But yes, we keep ourselves busy. Sadly, one does get very tired very quickly at our age. Best wishes to you and Ana too! 🙂

I’ve done the same in the past and in this case, it’s good that you did, too! 🙂 No apologies necessary! With homework now, my time for blogging is less, but I’m perusing when I can and hope others understand. Have a great day!
