Flamenco Flames

 Oh How You Danced

And Loved And Played

Back Beyond Years

In Our Young And Wild

Gypsy Days

I Played My Guitar

And You Would Dance

In The Tabla dos

Of  Seville

 We Loved Our Life

And Carefree Days

And Romantic Nights

You Made My Guitar

Come To Life

As With Elegance

You Took The Floor

In A Slow

And Easy Grace

Your Heels Began

To Pick Up Pace

Faster Now

Your Heels Did Click

As Faster On My Guitar

I Picked

You Danced As In

A Hazy Fog

As Your Feet Took Wings

And Heels Became

A Misty Blur

 In Times Of Long Ago

You Danced In Passion

Time Had No Meaning

Sorry to read of your recent loss of sister, Patricia. It hurts for 2 reasons, never easy to lose a sibling and especially one who mothered you. She sounds extra special and will be missed, Ian. xo

Thank you my Friend, your words are a comfort, she was laid to rest yesterday, but I will always cherish her memory.
My sister was a lot older than me by 22 years but a beautiful Mother/Sister.
      Kind regards.

What beautiful words Sue, thank you Dear friend.
Not really up to writing at the moment, my lovely sister Patricia passed away a few days ago, lot older than me but was my mother in my younger days.
I keep my personal life out of Word press but feel comfort in letting friends, who become family, into my personal life.
      Thanks Sue.

Thanks Sue, my sister did play a part in my upbringing, for family reasons I was passed around three sisters as a baby.
Her funeral is this Friday, but I can’t attend, Ana needs my attention for her Glaucoma, thankfully she is now over the stage of losing her eyesight, but will need drops for her eyes for the rest of her life, needed to keep the pressure behind the eyes down.
Cheers girl, hope you work out figuring out if you are Arthur or Martha, just a tip Sue, it wont work, welcome to the twilight world of two sites, two sets of followers, and never the twain shall meet.

Thank you Ian.. send my love to Ana.. give her a big hug from me.. I am pleased the Glaucoma is being treated.. I had an uncle who put drops in his eyes every few hours daily for most of his life..
I know your Big Sis will know the love you already send her way, even if you are not there in person.. Love knows no time or distance.. and is endless in its eternal connection.. as you and Ana well know..
Blessings sent your way.. Love to you both.. Hugs Sue xxx

Bless you Ian.. 🙂 I give out what is truly within my heart of hearts.. and know that even though I am not working in the spiritual centres any more. Spirit are using me this way to bring my inspired words which I know they often give me to say to let others perhaps ‘Feel’ the love both you and Ana know needs to be shared within the world..

Keep writing your love poetry ian or re-sharing it when you feel inspired.. For this too is spreading LOVE in the world..

Many thanks my good friend.. Love to Ana.. ❤

Thank you Sue, sometimes it’s easy to get disheartened when words of Love are not appreciated, but the end result is to keep spreading the words that give hope and a calmness of the mind, and inspire the search for inner Love.
It is a beautiful feeling to read words such as your Sue, and I thank you dearly my Friend.
Hope you have accepted the fact that you now run two sites, and must get used to dancing between them both, hehe.
If you figure out how to combine them both in regards to followers, let me know, it appears to be a massive project.
                  Regards.

Peter has Glaucoma in both eyes and needs to put drops into both of them morning and night.
But his eyesight is still marginally better than mine. The drops seem to help all right. Still, it is quite exhausting to have to use them all the time. He is pretty good at doing it himself. I guess he got used to it by now.
Best wishes to Ana and you, dear Ian. Sorry about your sister’s passing.

Hi Uta, sorry for the delay in answering, I can appreciate what Peter is going through, Ana had acute Glaucoma in both eyes, she needed laser treatment in both of them but it couldn’t be done till the pressure was lowered in the eyes, she had the laser treatment but still needs the drops, thankfully not quite as many, it was very tiresome every couple of hours. She still has red eyes to a certain degree but that is from the Rheumatoid Arthritis, hopefully her long awaited for approval for Government expensive injections will bring her much pain relief. She will still need drops all her life though.
Thank you for your kind comment on the passing of my sister, she was 83 and a beautiful girl.
                  Kind regards to you both.

                    Good morning, Ian and Ana!
Very cold here right now. Peter had an appointment with his eye specialist for yesterday, Thursday. And would you know, he totally forgot about it on the day, whereas the day before he had talked about it and I had considered I could go with him, and I totally forgot about it too the next day. Maybe this cold weather or old age is really getting to us. Anyway, Peter was able to get a new appointment. We better not forget this then.
There was nothing interesting on TV for us yesterday. So we watched the extended version of an old movie. It went for three hours! “Apocalypse now”. Have you seen it?
Best greetings to both of you from Dapto to Mildura.
                    Sincerely,
                    Uta and Peter

Good evening Uta, cold miserable night here in Mildura. Not a very good idea to miss out on an eye specialist appointment Uta, especially in regards to Glaucoma, you both need to remind each other constantly, I give Ana five drops for her eyes each day, two in the morning and three at night, it used to be every few hours. It’s important to monitor your eye drops as some run out before others. I need to replenish every few days and some need Doctors scripts, not ideal on a weekend.
Are they going to do laser treatment on Peter ?
Can’t recall seeing the movie you mentioned Uta, maybe somewhere in the dim past I may have, the title sounds familiar.
                      Stay warm and kind regards.
